The study of the factory's history and steel production processes has determined the visual dominant elements of the interior: metal, concrete, color, and light.

Metal structures create an open atmosphere, while concrete serves both structural and decorative functions. The foundation of the interior color palette is a blue shade reminiscent of the iridescence that occurs when light reflects at longer wavelengths.

Replacing solid walls in offices with transparent structures has contributed to improving employees' emotional well-being.
The deep blue color, light, and clean materials harmoniously combine, emphasizing the factory's history and industrial aesthetics.

The modernization of the interiors of the steel manufacturing office aims to create an identity for the workspace within an industrial environment.

The project includes the renovation of over 4,000 sq. m in buildings from the Soviet era. The design of the office takes social dynamics and industrial safety standards into account.

The office design incorporates ESG principles adapted for facilities with challenging working conditions.
